Frenchtown will hold its annual Bastille Day event on July 13 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to the borough’s website.

“We are planning for closer to a full-scale event this year which we haven’t seen since prior to COVID,” said Frenchtown Business and Professional Association President Morgan Taylor. “We will be hosting a vendor market in Sunbeam Lenape Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with some live music from local musicians featuring Mike Arenella and his Jazz Quartet at 2 p.m. to 5 .p.m. to close out the event.

“Frenchtown’s very own Marie Antionette will be roaming town, along with King Joey, and other fun characters. Doug Miller will host a magic show outside of TD Bank for most of the day, there will be a scavenger hunt throughout the downtown along with specialty menu items offered at our restaurants.

“The event will also close out with a Benefit Dance Party fundraiser at Studio Route 29. It’ll be a family-friendly French-themed day of fun.”

According to the borough’s website, also during the weekend of Bastille Day, Frenchtown will host the Studio Route 29 Benefit Dance Party from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 14 and The Sunshine Market at the Sunshine Mill from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 14.
